Welcome! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for working with me, Youssef Said. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms
1.1 Deposit: A 50% upfront payment is required to secure your spot and begin work on any project.

1.2 Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon the completion and delivery of the project, before the final handover of administrative access.

2. Revisions and Edits
2.1 Extra Charges: Any additional edits, features, or changes requested beyond the initial agreed-upon scope of work will incur extra charges.

2.2 Maintenance Updates: If a maintenance plan is active, specific updates may be included according to that plan's terms.

3. Maintenance Plans
3.1 Optional Service: Maintenance plans are optional and require a separate agreement and monthly/yearly fee.

3.2 Post-Delivery Support: Without an active maintenance plan, any future updates, troubleshooting, or technical support requested after delivery will require additional payments.

4. Scope of Work
4.1 Clear Agreement: The scope of work (deliverables, features, and timeline) will be clearly outlined and agreed upon via email or message before the project starts.

4.2 Out-of-Scope Work: Any tasks requested outside the initial agreement will be discussed, quoted, and charged separately.

5. Refund Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Deposit: Upfront payments are non-refundable once work on the project has officially commenced, as it covers the initial time and resources allocated to your project.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
6.1 Retention of Rights: All deliverables, website files, and designs remain my property until the final payment is received in full.

6.2 Transfer of Ownership: Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights and ownership of the completed deliverables will be fully transferred to you.
